About the instructor
Monalisa is the founder and director of Brilliance School of Music, which she established in 2013 with a simple belief: every child deserves the stage. Under her leadership, Brilliance has grown into a Trinity College London accredited academy with studios in Gurgaon and South Delhi, nurturing over 200 students across vocals, piano, guitar, drums, and ukulele. Her signature philosophy — Performance-Led Music Learning — ensures that no student just learns music from a book. Every child performs, every child grows. This vision comes alive twice a year at the Brilliance Music Festival, now in its 13th edition, where each student takes the stage for a solo performance at iconic venues like Hard Rock Cafe. Monalisa is also the co-founder of RigMona Kids, a live interactive children’s music brand bringing joyful, hands-on musical experiences to young learners across Delhi NCR.
